Execution Training Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Creating functional training budgets per department, the costs and numbers of participants required training such as planning and budgeting system Organization
• Periodic training schedule
• Develop training modules and master the techniques of motivation and good presentation
• Can make the basic concept of training as one of the main elements in the process of human resource development
• Design training programs and courses are required

Requirements:

• S1/S2 minimal education,
• Experienced in their fields at least 3 (three) years for S1, at least 2 (two) years for educational S2
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Honest and responsive
• Can communicate well
• Able to apply the computer program Microsoft Office
• Mastering the techniques of motivation and good presentation
• Master the basic concepts of training
• Have the ability as a teacher
• Can work together in teams
